Thanks to our own resources, our expertise and partnerships with various laboratories in France and abroad, ACTION-Cœur is able to provide numerous centralized analysis solutions.

Platelet function test

Thanks to its numerous analysis devices (optical aggregometer, Multiplate® analyzer, VerifyNow® system, flow cytometer, ELISA, ROTEM®, TEG® plate reader) and in partnership with the INSERM UMRS 1166 unit, the ACTION Group is able to perform various analyses evaluating platelet reactivity.

  • Measurement of platelet aggregation ;
  • Coagulation factor analysis ;
  • Receptor expression with measurement of surface proteins ;
  • Efficacy measurement of anti-platelet treatment ;
  • Measurement of platelet activation under drug treatments ;
  • Measurement of the response variability.

Related studies: ARCTIC – ANTARCTIC – Private ATLANTIC – AMPHORE – GAMMA – GIANT

Genetics

Through DNA analysis systems (Spartan Rx® and Verigene®) the ACTION Group, in partnership with the INSERM UMRS 1166 unit, offers to determine the genetic profiles of patients.

  • Identification of genetic variants resistant to anti-platelets ;
  • Genes predictive of stent thrombosis ;
  • Therapeutic adaptation according to the genetic profile ;
  • Fibrinolysis interaction.

Related studies: ARCTIC-GENE, GIANT, ONASSIST, AMPHORE, GAMMA

Thrombus analysis

  • Structure of the blood clot : physiopathology and pharmacology ;
  • Thrombus biology (Transcriptome) ;
  • Thrombus imaging ;
  • Developing and analysis of fibrine clot (density, lyse speed).

Related studies : TIDE, AERE DILATE, PEPCIT

Medical imaging

The ACTION team gathers medical experts and specially trained personnel, and as a result is able to offer diverse solutions for the analysis of medical imaging.

  • Coronary angiography (TIMI flow, cTFC, TMPG, SYNTAX score, ACC/AHA classification of coronary lesions, etc.) ;
  • CT Scanner ;
  • Echography ;
  • Feasability, training and assistance to centers.

Related trials: ATOLL, EVA-MI, ATLANTIC, ARCTIC, CULPRIT-SHOCK, ALPHEUS
